Aroma story
Aroma was born from two big dreams and passions – Falstaff Chef of the Year Silver Saa and catering entrepreneur Toomas Lillemetsa’s desire to create a bakery and restaurant offering authentic Mediterranean cuisine. Silver Saa, whose journey has taken him from restaurants Salt, Fabrik, Ore and Lahepere Villa, brings a wealth of experience and creative approach to his menu. In collaboration with Lillemetsa, whose passion for food culture and experience in the catering industry have created a strong foundation, we offer guests a warm and welcoming experience.
